Now that I have my project topic secured (Reservoir Site Suitability Analysis), I need to determine what exactly I am going to do.  I think that it is pretty obvious that I need to determine the best location for a reservoir, but what more needs to be done?  Since I am creating a body of water, I could develop a site plan for a park.  As a big portion of my project requires that I use raters within my analysis, I can locate my reservoir and then use the immediate area to create a park layout.  I could do a cost distance analysis to locate trails, access roads, and boat ramps.  Swimming area could be determined from the elevation and water depth.  Building, campsites, and other recreational activities could also be located.  The more I think about this, the more work I seem to be adding to my project.
